Q: Will it cost me to have someone come out to my home or business to evaluate my current configuration on my network?

    A: No.  We offer a free initial consultation to evaluate a new or existing network or voice system, visit our contact page for one of our engineers who will gladly assist you.

Q: How can I better protect myself against virus, spyware, and hackers?

    A: To help better secure your computer or network the three basic steps a user can take is :

      1) Firewall - have a firewall implemented, Windows XP and Vista come with a imbedded Firewall, however there are other firewall programs available.

      2) Anti Virus - have an Anti Virus program installed and up to date

      3) Update - keep all your application up to date with the latest versions available, this included your operating system, Firewalls, and Anti Virus
